I always enjoy dolsot also known as hot stone bibimbap. The hot stone keeps the rice hot with every bite, and the crunchy scorched rice is delicious. Burning rice is my go to if I want a quick meal, without going to a sit down korean restaurant. The food is delicious and the restaurant has a nice vibe. I ordered the hot stone with kimchi rice and I have to admit, I really enjoyed it. I don't think I'll be having white rice anytime soon.

The only things that’s burning is my heart after trying this food for the first time. It’s like $12 for a plate that easily serves 2. I felt shameful because I couldn’t finish the plate by myself. The food was insanely good and I’m looking forward to returning.
