Non existent customer service. Employee milking the clock at the drive thru window reaches for your payment and hands out your food without saying a thing then goes back to phone time. Plus no receipt was given.
Parking lot was absolutely dark signs off and there were homeless people sitting at the drive-thru bothering customers and throwing things at vehicles if they were not given money. Good thing Chick-fil-A is across the street. You can have your gutter trash.
