Firehouse Subs Roseville Har Mar Mall

First time at this location and it was a good experience. Service was fast and polite. I ordered the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket and it was hot and fresh. Location was very clean and organized.

A nice quiet sandwich shop. Very spacious seating available. The sandwiches were packaged in recyclable packages, service was polite and courteous. The location was close to the area we were staying at during the day, which made it a convenient stop for lunch.

I ordered a large and medium, and got charged for a large and medium sandwich. However, when I got home there were 2 medium sandwiches. I only asked for one of the sandwiches to be fully involved, yet they both ended up that way. I'm sick of constantly having issues at this location, and won't be coming back. Update: Never heard from anyone beyond the response from Corporate to my review. I get the feeling that you have an absentee owner at this location. I appreciate the response, and knowing that there's new ownership may entice my wife and I to give this location another shot.
