THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I placed an order with papa johns at 1:15pm… the 3rd party service said it would be an HOUR wait which I was totally fine with… 21/2 HRS go by and my pizza still isn’t delivered. I call the 3rd party ordering service back and was on hold for an additional 30 mins before speaking to someone. I spoke with a supposed off duty manager named JAMES who was very dismissive this first go around but he informed me the pizza was on the cutting block and on its way AND that he would take 50% off my order… an additional HOUR goes by and they deliver the wrong pizza. I give the pizza back and STILL tipped the driver… I call back and am put on hold AGAIN for an additional 30 minutes… I finally speak with a young lady who is informed by another manager named Evelyn( I think) to remake my pizza AND comp the entire order… for some reason James is put back on the phone with me again and now he’s just totally rude and insinuating that I’m being confrontational about my pizza
I asked for extra sauce and literally got cheese sticks shaped as pizza. NO SAUCE WHATSOEVER. This is not the first time this has happened either.
I ordered a pizza online as usual at 8:45 pm and never got it. I called and the lady said she would have it remade and delivered but still nothing. Worst customer service ever now I’ve got to call back to get my money refunded.
