I ordered the #1, no cheese. No issues. The cashier was cool. Once I got my order, it was wrong. I'm allergic to dairy, and it had cheese (I ordered no cheese) I took it to the counter, and asked for a new order. The cashier was new, so she was having issues. She brought the manager to the register. A guy named Joe came up and looked at my receipt. He said since my receipt said no cheese, that he wouldn't refund or remake my order. I told him my health concerns, and he literally mocked me, telling me I just wanted free food (even though no bite was taken from my food)
Not for lack of trying, but the food preps here could use some additional training and monitoring. This is not to dissuade any customers who might be in the mood for Burger King. Their prices and the promotional offers that come with the app bring utter shame to their competitors. The dining area is always kept clean; however, it is a bit antiquated. The path to perfection here is clear: more rigorous food prep training; a cosmetic overhaul. Everything else is spot-on.
6/22 Update: Still good customer service, fast service via drive thru & my kids orders were correct! ----- I went through the drive thru to get my son breakfast, before school. The employees were friendly. I received everything that I ordered. All the food was correct too! Oh & it was very fast service! The also included napkins in the bag - so there's an extra plus, since most places don't seem to do that these days! I just moved to the area and this place is only a mile down the road, so ill definitely be returning. Vegetarian options: There's salad & some other items. Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals. Parking: Plenty of parking, all spots seem roomy. There's handicapped parking, too. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking & accessibility. Dietary restrictions: It's fast food - I wouldn't expect too much nutrition from anything here.
