The sign says it's open at 6 right now its 6:13 lights on everything but not open they did not answer the phone not coming to this place anymore

Went through the drivethru waited a long time for the car in front of me to place their order. It 1st seemed like it was the customers fault and took a long time anout 10-15mons, but when I got to the speaker to place my order the attendant asked me to hold on a minute, but actually about 7mins. The cars cars behind me started honking then the attendant came back. I placed my order. It took about another 10-15min before I was threw and off with my food. Really bad service and the bread tasted old. I didn't finish the food. I only ate half of the chicken patty.
