Night shift here is terrible. Or I should say it's the purple and blue haired male manager on nights. I came in early and got my food and service and food was great. As soon as he got here he shuts down the grills and refuses to make burgers. I was sitting in store after eating waiting on a shower and witnessed him standing by the fries eating chicken nuggets from the warming trays with no gloves dipping sauce right at the front counter. This was all at 10:30 at night. If you ever come in and he is on duty just walkaway.

Not only did they serve me a raw French toast stick that was frozen in the middle, the French toast sticks had plastic fried into it. The only thing I can think is when they take it out of the plastic bag whoever ripped it open somehow the plastic was still stuck on there cause two out of the four French toast sticks had plastic deep-fried into it. Imagine eating your food inviting Intuit and you feel plastic in your mouth, how disgusting. It’s fast food I don’t understand how basic simple work doesn’t educate you to pay attention to what you’re serving to customers. I did escalate this and I called the corporate office and no one responded they said someone will call me back no one said anything. I called the store and they wouldn’t even answer. I definitely am happy to take a break from fast food for a long time after this terrible experience

Ordered my food waited in drive through for at lease 20 min after waiting he gave me my bag fries were just thrown in the bag I gave bag back to drive THRU person on duty don't know his name because he had no name tag on then after I get my bag of food back I check food it's cold I understand this is fast food but if you are going to do something do it to the best of your ability no matter what customer service IS KEY ANYWHERE NO MATTER WHAT customer are the back bone to a business no matter how long you've been in business strive for excellence everyday.
