Bought a grilled chicken Ceasars salad and it took 20 minutes because they were backed up with orders, which is fine. But they gave me a tiny side salad with breaded chicken, and a few pieces of cheese, and no Caesar dressing. No croutons, no pepper. His is the full size and it is not a Caesar salad.
Ordered my food waited in drive through for at lease 20 min after waiting he gave me my bag fries were just thrown in the bag I gave bag back to drive THRU person on duty don't know his name because he had no name tag on then after I get my bag of food back I check food it's cold I understand this is fast food but if you are going to do something do it to the best of your ability no matter what customer service IS KEY ANYWHERE NO MATTER WHAT customer are the back bone to a business no matter how long you've been in business strive for excellence everyday.
It was 11:30 pm .it was the time they were about to close n guy was working hard by himself still got us few options (only chicken menu) I’m happy with my meal at least we got something to eat. Edit:- find out it’s 24 hours
