Sonic Drive-In

I ordered through the drive thru and once I got home I noticed my sandwich did not have a patty!! I called the store 4 times and they kept hanging up on me after ringing for a while

Customer service was awful. Came on 9/14 at 7:30 and female worker was extremely rude over the intercom and kept talking over me and have an attitude the entire time. I’m not sure where her attitude came from, but I haven’t had a pleasant experience here yet. I came last week and they stopped taking orders due to staffing, another time I didn’t receive all of my items, and now an extremely rude employee. I never make reviews but this was appalling. With as many food options there are today and cheaper pricing as well, you’d think you’d want to keep your customers coming back.

1st time here. Had no idea how to pay or what to do. Pushed the order button placed my order. Wanted to try a plain ice cream cone. The gal took my order and that was it. No thank you or how to pay nothing. Tried to pay with the credit card. But, nothing worked. Eventually, some one came out. I asked how to pay she said she has to take my credit in to pay the machine is broken. Then she handed me my ice cream cone which was upside done in a cup with a plastic spoon. I don't think I have ever gotten a ice cream cone handed to me upside down in a cup ever. Totally not what I expected at all.
