Buffalo Wild Wings

So we were the 1st customers there today and obviously the manager is not doing they're job. Walking up to the entrance was trashy and glass doors disgusting! It was apparent on our way to be seated that employees were more interested in gossiping than cleaning anything. Our server was pleasant, however I let her know that the menu was not clean and she said she'd let them know?? I would have thought with COVID that there shouldn't be any restaurant that hasn't been deep cleaned. If an employee doesn't want to work, fire them and reward those people who want to work and do a good job by paying them a decent wage! A good manager will get there own hands dirty when low on staff, not ignore it.

The service here takes way too long, you'll get seated quickly they will take your order quickly but it will take them a solid 45 minutes just to get your chicken wings out. Now I know I came in on the 4th but there was five waiters in an almost empty restaurant, the waiter brought two of the three Waters to us and when 30 minutes has passed and I still haven't got my water or even seen our waiter I went and got my own water. Refills were a similar story, absolute trash customer service. No I did not leave a tip for basically serving myself. Edit: your response to this review was approximately 3 times faster than the service in the restaurant. Fix that.

Did a door dash and I never received the side salad I paid for,I left a review on the app with pictures and when I called to let them know the lady was I guess speechless....or had no knowledge of what to do but clearly she could have asked my order number, and double back to see if it was added or not. I paid 26.00for food and 2 of the chicken strips are definitely stripping ????????????(they are half strips very small) Update! The chicken is dryer than a Popeyes biscuit I won't be order here again
