Hideaway Pizza

Hideaway is my personal favorite pizza place. It's a fun environment inside, and the pizza (and fried mushrooms!) are unbeatable. I recently used the curbside feature for the first time and liked it. Someone came out right away and I didn't have to call in or anything. I would use it again! I will say that we ordered the cauliflower crust for the first time and, while it was good, it was pretty expensive ($22 after tax) for what amounted to basically a personal-size pizza. So if you need that type of crust for medical or dietary reasons, it's a good pick and tastes like the real thing; if you just want to try it out or save a few calories, I wouldn't spend the money

The food and pizza itself was great… But the service and staff or not. They made two out of our three pizzas incorrectly and were visibly bothered after we asked them to remake them properly. While they were cleaning a nearby table, they sprayed disinfectant all over us and our food and again, were visibly upset that they had to remake our food.

There is no rating system with high enough scores to indicate how great the food and service is in this cool, venerable restaurant, especially if Clooooooee is your server! It’s a “must stop” kind of place when in town! ❤️
