Buffalo Wild Wings

Tried this place while on a trip. There was no hostess in the position when we arrived. We waited 6 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. Several waiters walked past us. Finally got seated & was not busy. Waitress immediately took our drink order. We ordered wings & street tacos. Both were good. Standard good coming from a chain restaurant.

Tried to give this place a chance more than once when calling in my order.. shifty to your call in customers... as of writing this review, I'm now at going on 6 minutes on hold... fuq off you chitbags... EDIT to reply: BW3 No thank you. You're missing the point. It's not a one time thing. It's always a hassle calling in orders at this location. Making it right would mean getting back to normal standards. I'm not quite sure that's even a remote possibility.

The food was fantastic, and the waitress was nice, but they were understaffed (I'm assuming), and everything took a very long time. Our waitresses' visits were few and far between, and part of our order didn't come out until we were mostly done eating. When we finally did get our checks, they were wrong. We were patient, respectful, and we tipped well, but it not a good visit. For information, we were a party of 5, 2 kids and 3 adults.
