Sorry to post 1 star but went in to pick up a replacement order that got screwed up couple weeks ago. Only to find out that the credit given was incorrect. So I had to pay the extra amount to feed my family tonight. The manager Joe. if that's even his name, said I can take it or leave it, up to me. Looks like Joe the manager lost a customer that won't place an order with B dubs again at least not in New Lenox, IL!!!! I guess I'll try Wing Stop in Lockport from now on .... Your loss Joe!!!
Forgot the sides for a second time this month. The man on the phone asked if I wanted to come by and pick them up. I declined. He thanked me for letting him know but did not want the order number. Clearly, this will continue to happen at this location.
I’m not one to leave a whole lot of reviews, but the service I received tonight (9/19/23) at the Buffalo Wild Wings in New Lenox was so fantastic that I felt compelled to do so. It didn’t hurt that the food was great too. I came in with two of my so-so behaved young daughters, but Katie with the glasses was so great with them it ended up being one of the first really good experiences going out to eat with my little girls. Thank you Katie and BDUBS New Lenox for a great night with my family :D
