I've been coming to this location since the day it opened. The food is always great but lately the service has went down hill. There is this older woman who works here who is very short tempered and all around rude. I've been here for 5 minutes and have watched her snap at 2 different people. When I say snap I don't mean yell or anything, she just rolls her eyes and looks visibly annoyed. It's very unprofessional and making me reconsider where I buy my subs.
Ever been to this place, Maria @ the 5815 E Sam Houston store was so great. The guys I ordered my food was helpful and knows the menu very well and help me decide what was a great 1st choice. Awesome customer service!! Great food! Great experience!
Love their original Italian sub sandwich. The employees there are very friendly.
