Buffalo Wild Wings

We went yesterday. They were not busy, probably one group already dining and another group seated right before us. our waitress quickly took our drink order, but everything went down hill once she took our food order. We asked for the 6/6 traditional and boneless combo as well as an additional 10 piece traditional. She asks if we want fries and we advised her the combo comes with fries.After her look of confusion, my husband points out the combo on the menu and she says oh ok. She starts placing our order, and asks if we want the large or small combo? I ask what the difference is, she shrugs her shoulders, says idk probably the fries. And This is when her rude attitude kicked in.I ask what the price difference was between the two and when she quotes a price different than the menu I pick the menu back up and say that’s weird the combo here is listed at $22 not $18z she shrugs her shoulders again and says that’s cause it lists your price with tax.then says “so what do you want?” We or

The waiter/manager was awesome ????. Food and drinks was ???? great and waiter was professional and great attitude ???? ????. Got tickets right and drinks were on time and food too. Thanks to waiter making it an great experience ???? note: graduation party of 12.

I had a 25% off coupon through my email so I decided to go use it. I told the waitress ahead of time about my coupon and she gave us our bill and I told her to apply my coupon. When I gave her my phone number she stated that the coupon wasn't on my account. I showed her the email and she saw it but said there was no way to apply the coupon. I asked for a manager and she said a manager can't help because the coupon wasn't there. Worst customer service and also upset that they couldn't do anything because I showed the email for proof. Whole reason why we went there in the first place. Also the menu is false advertising. It shows a big $3 with 3 beers next to it and when we ordered a beer it was $6. She said the beers weren't part of the deal. Worst experience ever at Buffalo wild wings.
