Buffalo Wild Wings

The waitress didn’t give us straws or napkins or silverware…and never took our menus after ordering. She didn’t seem to have much knowledge of the menu so when I asked questions she just told me yea sure if that’s what the menu says. Didn’t seem very interested in actually listening to us either. It was just two of us and we only ordered wings and fries but she needed us to repeat ourselves many times. Hardly ever came to the table to check on us so I had to call another waitress a few times to help my table. The original waitress had her hair down and her hands were constantly in her hair. When our food came to the table it was labeled wrong so we didn’t know which was which. Half my wings had a very long hair wrapped around them. I told the waitress and she asked what did I want her to do about it. So I asked for the other waitress because my waitress was more worried about telling me it’s not her hair in my food. The waiter/manager was awesome ????. Food and drinks was ???? great and waiter was professional and great attitude ???? ????. Got tickets right and drinks were on time and food too. Thanks to waiter making it an great experience ???? note: graduation party of 12.

We went yesterday. They were not busy, probably one group already dining and another group seated right before us. our waitress quickly took our drink order, but everything went down hill once she took our food order. We asked for the 6/6 traditional and boneless combo as well as an additional 10 piece traditional. She asks if we want fries and we advised her the combo comes with fries.After her look of confusion, my husband points out the combo on the menu and she says oh ok. She starts placing our order, and asks if we want the large or small combo? I ask what the difference is, she shrugs her shoulders, says idk probably the fries. And This is when her rude attitude kicked in.I ask what the price difference was between the two and when she quotes a price different than the menu I pick the menu back up and say that’s weird the combo here is listed at $22 not $18z she shrugs her shoulders again and says that’s cause it lists your price with tax.then says “so what do you want?” We or
