It's been over a year since I have a decent bowl of PHO! Pho 54 is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in OKC. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle). The dish was 100% authentic bc there's pork blood! Most of you hillbilly don't know it's a delicacy.. lol, don't be afraid to try it! You won't regret it. And the potion was very satisfactory! A++
I ordered pho tai in small and it was a good portion although similar to a medium bowl at other places. The broth was clear and satisfied the urge for pho. The spring rolls were good and the rice paper was soft and chewy. The booth tables are extra long about 5’6” with plenty of elbow room. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive. I will return to try other dishes. P.s. I rarely give 5 stars because nothing is truly perfect and we should allow for the variations in service and food each place offers ☺️
Exceeded my expectations! We relocated to Del City from NW OKC and have been holding out hope for a great pho place on the East. Broth is clear, rich, and flavorful. The to-go serving looks to be the same serving you would get in store. So much food for a great price, will be back again.
