Waffle House

Serve both breakfast and lunch, we were there very early, they're the only ones that are open, I think they are 24 hours? Classic American diner where everybody is treated like family, close to everything, we got endless coffee for $2.55 and a breakfast of bacon, eggs, toast and hash browns for $9. Can double your hash browns for 5p cents

I had a wild hair to have a waffle late night about 4am. I walked in used the restroom and looked for table. No single seats busy but slow for late night. Sat down and waited no less than 10 minutes with out one word from the three people working. I made eye contact at least three times and had one man walk past me twice still contact. This after I made as much noice with out being rude playing music on my phone still nothing. Got up and just left after making eye icontact the fourth time still not one word from any of them. If I could zero stars I would I also went out of my way to tell the next two people I saw I the parking lot to not waste their time just go somewhere else.

I'm always going to love waffle House food! But for some reason their customer service skills are all the way off! People do call in a head orders, for many reasons!!! AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I called them for over an hour while getting dressed, BEFORE WORK just to pull up and to have three people sitting in their lobby, one person on their cell phone and then the other employee wiping off a table like they should be.... I ASKED HIM WHY NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE, AND THEY HAD NO ANSWER... JUST TO START ORDERING MY FOOD, AND SHE WANTED TO CHECK OUT ANOTHER CUSTOMER, BY THIS POINT I'M OVER IT SO I ALLOWED THE GENTLEMAN TO GO AHEAD AND PAY FOR HIS FOOD. While REALIZING THAT I'M RUNNING LATE FOR WORK, and can no longer sit there and wait!! WAFFLE HOUSE DO BETTER!!!
