The food and drinks were both very good, and our server was very helpful. Only knocking off 1 star because we felt pressured to leave as soon as we were done with our plates. The server came by with the check in hand even though my friend had wanted to order another beverage. The highlight of the meal was probably the waffle stack. This is a solid place, but it’s debatable whether or not I would return, only because there are so many other great restaurants in the area.
Amended after going for brunch here for the first time! The restaurant has expanded so much with a large front patio and another set of rooms in the back, very nice. Food wise the brunch is certainly different as it introduces a lot of SE Asian flavors. The island plate is definitely worth sharing along with the duck confit and pandan waffles. It’s delicious but I think I prefer their lunch/dinner fare better. The cocktail program was delectable with all sorts of options to choose from. Service was fast and efficient.
Service was exceptional from our host to our server. We loved everything we ordered. I’m a huge fan of yuzu and the drink in combination with raspberry was amazing. All the food was cooked perfectly and we enjoyed all the different flavors used to create these dishes. A must-go when you’re in Pasadena!
