We do call in orders every week for our meetings. Everyone that has ever answered the phone has always been on point. Always friendly personnel.
Their chicken is absolutely amazing. It's boneless, and it seems like an extremely high quality premium brand, like Perdue for example. It's a completely different taste than, say, a chicken nugget from McDonald's or Burger King which are processed chicken. They don't do as many menu items like the other chains but they do chicken, and it's off the chain. The seasoning on the chicken is well balanced. I haven't tried the spicy yet, but the standard seasoning has a subtle spicy kick to it. It's just enough, and it's quite perfect. So many American flavor profiles beat you over the head with the spice, but this one leaves you feeling its just right. The biscuits are like what you would have if mom made rolls with dinner in the oven. They're like biscuits you'd get at the grocery store with a simple buttery taste and it's perfect. The sweet tea is just as good or better than Chick-fil-A's. Now that I live in the South, I am finding there is a standard to pass the sweet tea taste test. The
Like always, whenever I’m getting the family feast meal which I do about once every other week, they always forget half of the stuff. I usually order in the drive-through though I don’t think I’m gonna be doing that anymore & even when I go inside, they always forget stuff & get my orders wrong, so it’s pretty disappointing. With this last order two weeks ago which made my 11th visit recently, like every single time that I had ordered the previous 10 times, all of the sides were either missing or wrong, there were no biscuits & the two sweet potato turnovers were not in the bag… but usually the lines are so long. I just want to get the heck out of there. Only a couple times have I gone back or gone inside when ordering drive-through to ask for the things that were not in there because they just kind of grunt/ make noises or look frustrated, as if it were my fault that they are not paying attention to making the correct orders and most of them look like they absolutely hate being there
