The good: the food and portions are very generous and the low prices make for a great value. I would go here over sidelines any day. The bad: the service, it took a couple of minutes from when we walked in to be seated and were only giving 3 sets of silverware for a family of four. Once seated we got our drinks pretty quickly, then waited almost 10 minutes for the waitress to come take our order. After the food got there, our 8 year old even called out that she never came back to check us on or refill our drinks. In closing, we will probably be back if we need a quick bite to eat and don't want fast food. Advice to management: You have a good thing going, just put some more focus on the customer experience, your staff is friendly and just needs to illustrate the customer is a top priority. If that's done you will knock it out of the park!

Went for the first time Saturday night, party of four. Busy, but no wait. We were seated immediately and sat for a few minutes before our server arrived. Took our drink order and appetizer order. Both arrived timely. Placed our meal order. Other servers brought our food. Food was missing, drinks were empty. Didn’t see our server again until she asked if we were ready for the check. Asked for the missing food to be boxed up. Along with placing a to go order. A different server brought the to go order, and the original missing food was still missing-pointed this out. Watched this server inform ours of the missing food. Our server finally brings the missing food, asks us to check our to go orders for accuracy, then walks off before we can open the containers. Knowing if the order was wrong we would be waiting in that booth until we died, we just left with a prayer it was correct. The food tasted ok. You can get similar food, with similar pricing, and better service at other nearby places.

The service was good our waitress was super friendly. Cocktails were amazing appetizers good but my mom and I had pasta dishes and they were bland and no flavor. Stick to basic bar food.
