Ordered Everything Breakfast Bowl for pickup, 8:25. Had to wait because they gave my order to someone else. Also, order missing biscuit and the hollandaise sauce. This location is definitely short handed.
Food and service was good. It was really busy on a Sunday morning. It took us an hour and 45 minutes from the time we arrived to the time we finished eating, and we didn't eats slow as we were on a schedule to begin a road trip. I had the western omelet, which was good and not greasy. I give 4 stars because there was nothing outstanding, but nothing wrong either. I would visit again.
Arrived at 6:30 on Saturday night. Only 4 other tables were occupied. There were 5 servers. Our server greeted our table 11 minutes later. Then it took 17 more minutes for our drinks. 56 more minutes for our food. And only 5 total occupied tables. Food was awful and cold. After an hour, the server told us there were only 2 cooks and this was the delay. However, this didn't account for waiting 17 minutes for drinks. If we would have known about the delays up front, we would have chosen elsewhere to eat. We will not be back.
