Sonic Drive-In

Very fast service this evening when me and my husband and son was there very friendly girl served our food and was very well mannered. It was about 530 to 545pm when we order our food the girl who took our order was very pleasant as well. Kid-friendliness: Their menu is amazing for kids all 3 of my kids love sonic and their mango slushy is to die for

I don’t know why I keep giving this location a chance. Every time I go it is something. This morning my food was burned. They can not seem to get it together. I don’t recommend going to this location. I have talked to a manager before. I understand the whole short staffed. I work in retail. There was no one in line when I went through the drive through this morning. It just tastes like they cooked it a while ago and tried warming it up. I wish I could post a picture of it. Things are too expensive for it not to be done right.

Tried to get breakfast a few different times, and the store can not open on time. One morning lights were on but no one was in the store finally manager got out of her car and said she over slept and someone left the lights on all night. This was 6:05 am and they were supposed to open at 6 am. Complained to corporate and received a call from the district manager apologizing and asking if I was going to come back as a customer, I told him I would stop to get breakfast on a Saturday and would be there just after 6 when they open. I stopped by at 6:23 am and they were still closed. I complained to corporate again and no response this time. I will differently not be going to any sonics because they can not figure out how to run a store.
