O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

I had to send someone else to get the order while they were on their lunch break. Person was almost late returning to their shift, because order was not ready at estimated time (fried food and soup/salad- items that don't take long to cook.) Incompetent, slow, order was wrong or missing items, half portions instead of what I paid for. Our hot food got cold while he waited 15 minutes for the to go server to make a salad after trying to give him a different salad than what was ordered. Wanted me to come back up so they could fix what was wrong, promised a refund but payment was processed so the manager, Kelsey, or however you spell it, is also a liar. Would recommend you go to another location under better management with more competent staff across the river.

I ordered take out just before dinner time and oh my goodness it was amazing. I have a 30 minute drive home so I was pleasantly surprised at how well the food traveled. We had chicken tenders, macaroni & cheese along with french fries. Everything was absolutely perfect! And of course they included rolls and their yummy butter. The portions were more than adequate and again everything tasted delicious. I encountered several of the staff during pick up and everyone was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be using this as an option for a quick and easy dinner in the future.

Not crowded at all. The waitress was quick and attentive. Chicken fingers were just okay. Broccoli and salad were meh. Best part (sadly) was we were in and out quickly.
