Blaze Pizza

We had a couple of build your own pizzas for dinner. The staff was friendly to us, but there was something going on in the back that seemed like a disagreement. Because you stand at the counter it is pretty easy to see the back of the store. Didn't ruin our dinner just added to our conversation. Pizza was good as expected and the restaurant was clean. Good value for your money. Update: 7/22 It has been awhile since we were here. The staff has changed and seem to be still getting themselves organized. Prices like everything have gone up. The quality of the pizza and toppings seems to be the same, which is good. Although I got a brownie for dessert and it was a dried out rock, not good. Glad to see them trying to come back from the pandemic.

I just got back from NYC a couple of weeks ago and was craving the white pizza from there. I went to Blaze Pizza to see if they could recreate the pizza for me. I Googled the recipe for the white pizza and gave it to them and it came out fantastic! Very very tasty! It is basically a mozzarella cheese base, dollop heaping spoonfuls of ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pressed garlic and then drizzle olive oil after cooking. I actually had them put the olive oil on first before cooking and it still came out great. I highly recommend it!

Friendly service and VERY clean. Last time I ate here the place was not that tidy, and lemonade drink machine was not working. Which is a drag because that blood orange lemonade is bomb AF! BUT THIS TIME this time the place was immaculate and the lemonade was popping again! I looked all over and couldn’t find a dirty table or anything in the floor. Excellent job by the staff and the manager. A yo manager don’t be taken all the credit ???????? jk. Great experience though. I will definitely return.
