Hot Dog on a Stick

HORRIBLE service from Alex. I ordered a large lemonade with extra ice like a always do. Unfortunately, this time it tasted watered down. I took my cup to the counter with the lid removed so that she could see that not more than a sip was missing. She argued it was because I ordered extra ice. Then, she took my cup, looked around and found a slotted spoon from inside a cabinet and removed some of the ice. Then she put more ice! I asked her how putting more ice would make it taste less watery. She told me she could give me some sugar. I asked her if she could please add some lemonade to my cup. She refused. I then asked for the corporate number. She handed me a business card. I called and spoke to the area manager who appeared to be upset by the lack of customer service and explained that my drink should have been replaced. She said she would call the store, so I waited a few minutes before she called me back and asked if Alex was nearby. I confirmed that she was. The area manager asked
