We really enjoyed our experience! I brought my kids in to celebrate my oldest son's birthday. The food was great! Abi was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate to accommodate my son's issues with food. She was awesome! Everything was pretty affordable as well. I can't afford much so it was nice to be able to treat my kids, leave a tip, and stay within my budget! Thank you!
My family was served by Amelia today and she was attentive and very kind to my grandmother and her elderly friend. The host was nice, kitchen could be better. As sausage patties were burnt. But overall we enjoyed the experience because of our waitress. We didn't need anything she brought napkins, and sauces. Plus our drinks were never even half full. Thanks Amelia. You are a wonder woman !!
Had a great meal with my son and his friend. We got seated immediately. The server, Evin, was very attentive and took great care of us. The cook also went the extra mile making the plates extra attractive. I've been to several Black Bear locations and this one stood out.
