A&W Restaurant

Dining room locked at 1:30P.M. On a Sunday. Drive through was open.We we’re on foot, so we had to choose another restaurant. If this is an employee shortage issue… what is being done to make employees and potential employees want to work there. Be better A&W/KFC, this is not how to serve your customers.

Worst fast food I have had in quite awhile.

We had the worst of experiences here. WILL NEVER come back again! We went on Tuesday and ordered the 2 Hamburger, cheese and bacon special with fries and medium root beer for $10.00. First we were told that that special was over. There were at least 2 big signs advertising this special!! We waited at the drive through 20 minutes because the person taking orders had NO idea what he was doing. He told us to wait 5 times while he asked someone. We specifically asked for FRESH HOT fries and rooter freezes instead of plain root beer. We were willing to pay the difference. The person taking our order said our came to $9.14?????? If the special is 2 for $10.00 and we substituted our drinks to freezes.....you do the math because no matter how I do it, it is definitely NOT $9.14! Well, we FINALLY got our meals. We got 4 COLD French fries each, and the freezes were so thin a baby could have drank them out of a bottle. I used to love A & W Root beer but I will NEVER come here again. I have
