Ordered a strawberry frosty and it tasted like a CHEMICAL FLAVOR. Asked if I could switch to chocolate he says well it’s supposed to taste like strawberry milk I said well it doesn’t it still taste like chemicals since that was the only flavor they had to choose from and they told me if I wanted to purchase another one that was the only way. What a joke! What poor customer service!

I just attempted to order through the drive through and the server at the window was absolutely horrendous to us. We had to ask him approximately 5 times for the food to be freshly made, he continued five times to say "what else can I get for you?" akin to a recording on repeat. Finally we asked if they were playing a joke on us, to which he curtly said he didn't make bad food. We clarified that we did not think he was, that we just wanted to know if we could. He quite rudely told us that it was thirty minutes before closed and "you'regoing to get what you're going to get", so we cancelled the order and left. Going to Carl's Jr. instead (where we were treated politely, even after asking if it could be fresh) I absolutely will not go here again, and I do not jest when I say that I have never been treated in such a fashion. It was a wild experience.

This place really has seen better days. Their prices are outrageously high and food quality has dropped considerably. The "new" fries they released fairly recently are downright awful and almost never hot/fresh. I used to be able to get a nice, hot and fresh Dave's Double meal for about $8.50; now I get the privilege to spend over $12 for nauseating, room temperature garbage. It's honestly just not worth coming here anymore.
