BISTRO XIA'S

Ordered Liangpi (Xi'an style cold noodles) and it was fast and delicious!!!Best Liangpi in LA county ever! Also love their Green Chives Fried Dumplings (2 in each order) it tastes crispy on the outside and full of tiny shrimp flavor in the fillings. I don't care how the owner interact with customers the food is worth it. I drove 30 mins to get here. I don't regret it. Amazing food.

My dad and I are usually pretty good with picking places to try. The restuarant was clean, do not know about the kitchen, cause this chef came out and said his stomach hurt and was coughing... We ordered five dishes. Our waiter was pretty rough around the edges. We asked her a question about the menu and she said that it was our fault for not knowing where to look for things on tbe menu. Our food tasted like someone thought they were good at cooking and wanted to open a restuarant to sell their food, but in reality tastes like random stuff mixed in a pot with some MSG. All the five star reviews were probably friends and family. My dad found this place and called it a misfire. I do not think he even aimed at all.
