Always the best pizza ever. We always eat the crust too! The Bambino is also a very good size for 2 people to share. Worth the price since it's not too pricey. A small pizza has 8 good slices, so enough for 3 people.
Although missing the “old school” Italian decor, this place is top notch Italian food. We shared a small pep, sausage and mushroom pizza with mozzarella sticks and cessation side salad. Everything was fresh right when they opened at Noon. Real sausage and fresh mushrooms. I enjoy a Napolitano thin just like the next guy. However Angelo’s features a thicker crust that is super yummy and perfect to dip in remaining marinara mozzarella sauce. If you’re ever in the SGV, Angelo’s is your go to pizza place
My brother treated me and my kids to a delicious pizza from Angelo’s on Friday. It was our very first time trying it. It was absolutely one of the best pizzas that I have ever eaten. With that being said, we did ask for half of the pizza to have no onions, no olives and a couple other items to be removed for the kids half and when we got home, the entire pizza was loaded with everything. The kids were not happy and would not eat it. I tried to remove all the onions, olives etc, but it proved too be very difficult as they were mixed everywhere. Other then that… it was an amazing pizza and we will be back.
