Last time to eat here was before the Covid Pandemic began. Biff Buzby's Burgers has a WW I theme and restaurant decor of old planes flying overhead. The restaurant offers a 10% discount to military active duty & inactive personnel. The dining area was almost full at 1215 pm when I went inside to place my order to go. Ordered small (6 large) Beer Battered Mushrooms, a Jacado Burger with Avacado & a Brunch Burger. Both burgers were made with 1/2 pound Beef patties and each came with Pinto Beans. The Brunch Burger was topped with an egg and Bacon slices. The Burgers were excellent. The Mushrooms were super, sizewise, tender & juicey. In the future expect to patronize Biff Busby's Burgers more and Fast Food burger joints less.
It was alright but the burger was mediocre. The meat was a bit bland, yes fresh, but it felt like the meat had been a bit grounded up too much. The meat seemed to be about 70% / 30% meat. The bum was not good. Tasted like an oversized biscuit. I personally was disappointed in their burger. #2 1/2lb The fries were very good though. I enjoyed them and the staff was extremely pleasant and nice. The location was great and it was very clean.
I am so happy that I came to the Mopar car show and discovered this place! Unfortunately, I live all the way on the other side of town. Fortunately, I like to drive and will add this to my list of places to come to often. (I used to live in the Dallas area and enjoyed going to Airways Hamburger in Arlington.) Now, I have a go-to replacement in this place. The military aviation decor is great! The oldies 50’s/60’s music is great! And the Bacon Jam Burger might very well have been the best burger I have ever eaten! The sweetened sourdough bun, bacon jam, egg, and patty were delicious! Love it!
