Twin Peaks

I forgot to leave my review last time I had visited . I have been to a couple of twin peaks with my husband a few times but this one is by far the best ! I have never had better customer service from someone like I did here at any of the twin peaks I have been to. My server Julianna was amazing always on top of our drinks always asking if we need anything , asking how our food was always making sure we were okay! I Recommend Julianna she’s a beautiful girl who provides amazing service and always has a smile ????

Me and my wife love twin peaks and we wanted to visit the one near our home. Worst twin peaks in town! Firstly our ID’s were matched to our credit cards to ensure we didn’t use fake ID’s. I thought great they have everything in order, boy was I wrong. Our food was 30 min late and arrived cold only when we asked again for our food. They promised us a new plate and NEW food and we were returned our plate with burn marks at the top from reheating and the bottom of the food was still cold. Also our wings were cold and the sauce was cold. Very bad experience for a highly appraised location.

I had never heard of twin peaks before coming out to San Antonio with some friends, so naturally they had to take me here and show me what was what. I wasn’t expecting much, but I was absolutely blown away by the quality of service, quality of food, and the quality of drinks. Mary has been especially amazing, not only is she good at her job and makes sure my drink is never empty but she is also one of the more fun people to talk to. Most wait staff I’ve come across generally just take your order and move on, but Mary always stays a minute to engage in sparkling conversation. That little personal touch makes all the difference, any place can serve good food, but to have someone that cares enough to continue to check up on you, as well as hold interesting conversation is what puts this establishment over the top and really earns the 5 stars from me.
