Young girl was very unprofessional. My order was not correct. I had to reorder. She was very rude. All I wanted was an original number one with curly fries and a drink my husband wanted the regular fries and a apple turnover. Instead of admitting that she took the order wrong. She was whispering to the other staff member about the incorrect order as if we had placed the order incorrect. Appreciate you sending me a survey so the next customer will not have to experience what I experience. I will continue eating at Arby's on Austin Highway location
I'm From California. There everything is good. Ff are hot. RB sandwich is great. Here in Texas, well I've been here a yr. I haven't got one order of ff that are right out of the oil and salted. Fresh. The ff here are not whole. all little pieces! not hot! over cooked! bottom of the barrel!. Ugh!. The sandwich ???? good the service good. The ff. Horrible.
Ripoff. They need to go back to offering 10 for $10 sometimes. But their roast beef tastes like trash now. You gotta drown it in Arby's sauce to eat it. Mac and cheese is dope though.
