We made a reservation and made us wait for over 20min, and another 40min by the time we started eating. The place was very dirty, the food isn’t great and overpriced the show is better than the actual food. The waitress was very moody and the restrooms in terrible shape, definitely not worthy the visit.

Online order are now through the middle hallway of the entire building. Pretty weird. Took 45 mins to get my order because they lost the orders. A bunch of people (6+ people) waiting for their orders as well. Manager Jocelyn, asked for my name and walked away. She asked for everyone else and told the chef to cook them. I asked her, why she just walked away, she went to go look for my order, but she never let me know that she was doing that. Really bad service. Best to make you way to Burlingame instead.

We had a reservation for a birthday at 7:30 and were checked in and waiting by 7:30. We were told there would be a 20 minute wait, so we were fine waiting (it was incredibly busy). At 8:05 a large party that was over 30 minutes late was still seated, they had a 7:30 reservation as well, so the reservation system here means nothing because they'll still seat you. Everyone coming in for 7:45, 8:00, 8:15, and even 8:30 reservations were all told it was a "20 minute wait" which was an absolute lie. At 8:20 I asked how long it would be to wait (we were again there for a birthday dinner), and there's no seating near the hostess stand or lobby, so at 8.5 months pregnant I had been shifting between standing and sitting on the edge of a window for nearly an hour.. The hostess kept saying we were next. The deciding factor in us leaving was when another party came back up to the hostess stand and said they had been seated over 30 minutes ago and their server had not even been to the table once ye
