Cap't Loui

It was my first time ordering takeout from Cap’t Loui and the owner kindly explained and helped me with my order. I ordered boiler combo - pick three and it was bigger than I expected. The shrimp and mussels were so fresh and the seasoning (hot) was so delicious. Even the potatoes and corn on the cob that came with it were so delicious that I enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend Cap’t Loui to others.

Two star for the super super diligent poor waitress ( can't understand why the store only hires one staff) she's busy like a spinning wheel, while still being so nice to everyone. Did she sometimes make mistakes like forgetting your ask, yes. But looking at the amount of work and how fast she blazed through the store, she's probably working like 120% already. Now food-wise, very bland and pricey. Seafood boil and fried calamari all miss seasoning, as if they were made for those healthy low sodium diet. Which... Could be a good thing for some?

This was the first time I'd eaten anything like this, so I didn't really know what to expect. The waiter walked us through the menu, so we understood what we were ordering and how we were going to have to eat it. We got crab and mussels and the flavor was really good! I don't love the work involved in eating the crab, so I would choose an easier to eat menu item in the future and would recommend that for anyone not used to working to get the meat out of their food. They also have adult Capri sun drinks on their menu that looked really good. Overall I would definitely recommend!
