Save your money and time! The service is trash! Any beverage that you order has a strange taste… the water clearly is coming from the toilet. I ordered calamari and it was fried so hard I might as well have been eating chips! Not to mention how long it took for the nachos and calamari to come out! We only got a chance to order appetizers because the waiter never came back to order our entrees. It’s amazing how bad the service was because the place was literally empty! Honestly I’ve never written a review for a restaurant but I had to voice how horrible this place is! It needs to be shut down for good it serves absolutely no purpose I don’t know how they are still in business!

Where do I start .... I cam in about 10 pm and there was no hostess at the stand . After about 5 mins a young lady came and said we can seat ourselves. We got to the table and it was dirty . No one had wiped the table . The waitress was trying her best as she was one of two working with a full house of customers . There was no silverware, we ordered the quesadillas and there was no meat in it . It took over 10 mins for drink orders . The table next to us left and no one cleaned the table off. Ppl entered after us and I can see them looking for a hostess . One waitress walked past them multiple times and never acknowledged them . The entire experience was unacceptable . Highly recommend the one on roosevelt . Not to mention a homeless man came in and sat at a table and no-one acknowledged him either .

First time patron. PROS: Beautiful architecture and excellent customer service! Loved the vibe of the place and quick turnaround of the food order. Also, the food was VERY good! CONS: I paid extra for loaded fries, but there was no Applewood smoked bacon or scallions!?! At least that's how the menu describes loaded fries/tots. This weighs heavily because I was told Bar Louie rocks their loaded fries and I walked there specifically for those loaded fries. LOL. It [the menu] also shows three plump pickles that come with burgers, and I got 1.5 lol. Giving 2 stars now and will update this review when I try them again because I'm definitely coming back.
