I am writing, so that you know what causes your diarrhea. I ordered tacos to go Saturday evening. My friend and I both ended up having food poisoning reactions Sunday night (we did not eat out elsewhere). I ate less, so I recovered today with less severe initial reactions. Food poisoning seems to be a reoccurring theme at Flaco's now. I saw another review 2 months ago about puking after. I used to frequent Flaco's 6 years ago until I moved away. Their tacos are so bland nowadays. They ruined the nostalgia for me. NEVER AGAIN!
Don't waste your money unless you want to pay for garbage. None of the food is what they picture it to be. Queso is from a can. "Salsa" is spicy reddish water, no texture whatsoever. Chips are super greasy and have zero flavor. If you have it delivered, it's even worse, because it will also be cold. They also do not provide the portions you pay for when ordering sides, but about half of it. Out of everything I ordered for a "quick" lunch, the only thing I could "eat" was the bottled soda.
Food was delicious I totally recommend this place. All food is authentic and delicious rice id good. Meat is perfectly cooked and savory its packed with good flavor. All the food combinations merry well. Over all excellent this is a place that you will enjoy and come back in the future. The only remark is when we went they were busy and forgot to give us utensils for the rice but that is something you can easily ask for. The restaurant is also clean washroom are clean. Overall great experience:)
