A&W Restaurant

I went through the drive through and ordered a single bacon cheeseburger with no cheese and a double bacon cheeseburger. Get home and neither burger had bacon. I called the store and informed them of the problem and was told to bring the burgers back and they would fix the problem. I have worked in the restaurant industry for going on 20 years and have never been asked to bring the incorrect items back. I personally know that they are not allowed to accept the food back once it has left the restaurant. We also ordered root beers and both of them were 3/4 of the way full. Not a good experience here. We were also not provided a receipt.

I was charged for the wrong order which costs twice as much as my meal. Finally get the food I ordered and was told there is nothing they can do about overcharging me. I'd recommend not going here, their F-ups are on the consumer apparently.

Love the locally made A&W root beer, Best Root Beer I have ever tasted! The food is Average or ok. Maybe it's just that I prefer Flame Broiled to fried! The crew is slow moving. My hour lunch was half over by the time I got my food and It was only me and one other customer inside the lobby at the time. I'm being generous with the 4 stars since I prefer to give glowing reviews. But I do think some changes might need to be made.
