I used to love Cafe Rio however the last 18 month I've felt the quality of food has not been the same. The tostada is served with flour tortilla instead of a corn. The beans have SO MUCH liquid on the tortilla and it's soggy! I like Cafe Rio and still go for a quick salad however I wish the quality of food was better AND when they packaged it up... they wiped down the packaging so there's not food on it or food dripping from it. Hope this was helpful!
They went off with this food it was SO good! It was fresh and looked amazing. The people were super nice too, I hope they have a great day!
Started out pretty well, but my last experience over the last few weeks have only become worse and worse. Out of steak (3 last times in a row) -- and that was the main reason why I would come, because they used to have great steak. One day a few weeks ago, they were out of all meats (steak, beef, pork) except for chicken. But of course, we arrived 'only' one and a half hour before closing time ;-) Total joke.
