The lady who took our order was not professional and has zero customer service. I hate that my 6 year old daughter in the back seat has to experience un kind people. We will not return because our experience here.

Wish I had read these reviews before I stepped foot in this landfill. My shoes are still sticky from the disgusting floor. The conditions in the back, where the food is prepared, were even filthier. So, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes as the manager walked back and forth, ignoring me. When I finally got her attention, she was cold and short, clearly annoyed at having been troubled to do her job. I ordered a large sized meal with a float. Several people came in, ordered, received their food, and left, as I waited patiently. I had received (what I know now was) my medium float from manager lady, who rudely set it on the counter without a hint of congeniality. Pure scorn. At the time, I assumed that cup size was for the large float, and thought nothing of it. It tasted terrible, anyway. Finally, an unpleasant fellow named Jessie asked what I had ordered. Just average. Sometimes this location is great, and other times it's definitely not so great. There was also a strong sewer smell that I am not entirely certain wasn't coming from inside the store. All in all, since it's the only location in the area it can, at times, be worth going too. Unfortunately, we just don't go here enough to pin down the right times. If you have a hankering for chicken it might be better to go a little further.
