Chili's Grill & Bar

This was a decent place for a steak. We were having a vehicle worked on near by and decided to try this Chili's out. I usually don't care for Chili's but thought we'd try it since it was close by. I ordered the steak (medium rare), mashed potatoes, and broccoli. The steak was pretty good. The mashed potatoes and broccoli weren't bad either. Service was good as well. I would definitely go back.

Sooooo I've been to this place twice now which will probably be the last time I visit ????. The service here has been a nightmare for me twice the first time my hamburger ???? didn't look anything close to what I ordered or the menu! It looked like two hockey ???? pucks between buns all dried up with a side order of cold dead fries ????. The second time the sandwich ???? was hot the fries ???? were cold again. The sad ???? thing was that it wasn't busy and it was an easy order so there shouldn't have been any confusion with the order. I feel if your in the restaurant business customer care comes first and foremost, I get that it's rough at times but treat people that order food the same way you would want to be treated.

Food was pretty good but the service was awful. He was not properly trained. We ate then stayed an extra hour having drinks and when we left our dirty dishes were still on the table.
