Haveli Indian Cuisine

There are not a lot of great restaurants in Denver, especially the southern metro. Do yourself a favor and stop at Haveli, because you will not be disappointed in the service or food. Delicious well seasoned meals!! Very friendly and attentive staff. Large menu, good portions, many vegetarian options. You could try something new for over 20+ visits. Which is fun and enjoyable! Interior looks wonderful. Many windows, great views throughout the restaurant. Smells delicious when you walk inside! Makes you excited to come inside, sit down, and enjoy the meal. Amazing chai tea, with refills. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially if you have never had Indian food before. This was our first experience with Indian food, and it was wonderful. We got the Chef Special Starter, Seafood Curry and Rosemary Boti Kabob (Lamb) with potato and spinach. All exceptional! This is a hidden gem of a restaurant, and Krishna is the best! Family owned, impeccably warm service, and fantastic food. We came in after 8 PM and didn't feel any pressure to hurry as it got closer to closing time. I'm sitting in my car writing this review (and I don't typically leave reviews)--that's how good this place is. The waiters were attentive: water was refilled before I even noticed it was low, the wine pour was beyond generous, extra items were brought out quickly, and it was clear that if we needed anything, we shouldn't hesitate to ask. The music was at a decent background noise level as well. We've been trying trying many Indian restaurants in the area (mostly on Arapahoe), but this beats them all. The food tastes fresh, isn't saturated in oil, and wouldn't burn its way through your stomach. I have never felt more comfortable and accommodated at a restaurant before.
