2 Stars because the kid in drive thru was nice. When this location first opened the food was phenomenal. Man has it gone downhill. Tonight we went by, ordered a beef and cheddar meal and a chicken sandwich with some shakes, drove home literally 2 miles. Food was Cold, fries tasted like they were cooked in week old grease and the beef n cheddar was just, a beef. No cheese and half the meat we normally see on it. Chicken sandwich was thrown in the garbage after the first bite and I NEVER throw away food. Pizza rolls In the oven... wasted 30.00.
Great service from this new location. The food was hot and fresh, and my order was filled quickly. Great work by Lori, Lyle, and their day shift.
Been eating Arby's sandwiches since I was a kid. When they are well prepared it's awesome and other times I have had to toss them out. As of today I am very happy to report this new location has delivered on all sandwiches over our first three visits!
