Friendly staff, mediocre burger, good taste on the chicken tho, but it wasn't spicy at all even when I ordered spicy sandwich. The fries was also soggy when we arrive so might better ate it directly, I am still amazed that it was an actual person came out to take orders on the drive through,

I come here regularly since it’s less than 5 minutes from my house. Chick-fil-a maintains their food quality very well all over the country including at this one. Since I trust the food I still go here. But as for the service here… it’s been steadily declining. The employees are rarely friendly - forget “my pleasure”, you’d be lucky to get a smile. Several of them don’t communicate well either. Several less expensive fast food restaurants in the area have consistently friendlier employees or at least ones easier to deal with. Also see little hustle in the drive thru these days. Definitely in the bottom 10, maybe 5% of CFAs I’ve shopped at in the country, and unfortunately it’s the one closest to me. Service definitely needs an overhaul.

Awesome food! The sandwiches and salads are delicious and service is always on point fast and convenient will definitely keep coming back for more!!
