6/25/22 @ 3:50 pm. It’s like we were bothering them. They didn’t want to serve us on trays, although I see the stacks of dirty trays in the lobby ( they said they just didn’t have any more ). They took a long time with our food then we had to wait, about just as long for the remake because fries were cold and soggy. They kept forgetting we were waiting on remakes. The girl at the front register had headphones on and wasn’t really paying attention to us. They weren’t really busy at the time. It was just a less than mediocre experience and poor service. The manager needs to get a better hold on His staff and store. Used to love this place.

Went on 11/03 at 1015PM, all lights were on, website said drive thru closes at 11PM and the sign on the window said dru e thru closes at 12AM. No one was in the building. Tried again. On 11/10 at 929PM and all the lights were off and closed again. Why? What is the true hours?
