Aji Ceviche Bar Casselberry

When my dad (who is Peruvian) comes to visit me, we love to come here and always have a great time. Staff is super attentive, food looks/tastes great, and the pisco sours are ????. We’ve tried several dishes and they’ve all been top notch. 100% authentic Peruvian place

Great peruvian restaurant. The food was delicious. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because of the waitress ,My arroz chaufa was salty and we call her to let her know was going on , she look our plate and told us that next time we need to let her know right away, not after we ate half of the plate . She was so rude ! This was the third time I visit this restaurant and it will be my last one.You going out to have a good time not to feel guilty if you don’t like a plate .

The food is amazing and service is great. Plates are big, well presented and tasty. Try a different thing every time you go. You will not be disappointed. Last two times we have tried only appetizers. Some of them are big. If you are ordering a regular plate, I would not order any appetizers. The only thing I would suggest to owners is to have a espresso machine for coffee. Coffees after lunch/dinner is something we, hispanic people, love
