Pho was not great. The broth was very good but the noodles were undercooked, and the steak was too thick and chewy. Service was....grumpy. Got takeout, and glad we did because the dining room was not inviting. Not many choices for pho in the area, we'll keep looking for a good one.
We came here after our flight landed. It is my first restaurant in Denver and I enjoyed it. The food came out fast. We got rare beef pho and steak with egg roll vermicelli bowl. Both were excellent.
