So unfortunately not the greatest experience tonight, ordered the shrimp scampi and the noodles were overcooked and the pasta had absolutely no scampi taste whatsoever. The shrimp that was in the shrimp scampi was good but just not worth a $20 dish. Plus my fiancé got the meatball sandwich and the meatballs were dry and also had no flavor tasting like a meatball made out of paste. We also ordered the garlic knots and they just looked and tasted like something you can make at home, nothing special, overall the restaurant from the carpet to the sitting area where we specifically sat just looked very dirty and unkept. They also automatically charge you 20% gratuity on your bill regardless how the service is? Our waitress never asked us if our food was good, if we needed more alcoholic drinks, and if we wanted desert, when you automatically charge gratuity the servers at this place don’t go above and beyond because they are already getting their tip regardless. Absolutely delicious, and there were many gluten-free options. Abrusci’s had a nice atmosphere and everything we ate tasted amazing.
