Wait, to place my hot cakes and sausage order was reasonable and the cashier was pleasant. However, I had to ask about my order because it was taking so long. Turns out they missed it somehow, no apologies, and of course, the order was cold by the time I got to eat it.
First time stopping in here after a nearby appointment. Drive thru is nice and long with double lanes. This location has more parking than most locations, but I did note it's behind the building so if you don't mind a little walk, then you're good. We used the kiosks so quick and easy order. Food came up fast and it was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly when we engaged them in conversation. The front of the building is some corporate office so that throws you off a little when you walk in. Inside looks nice, clean, and spacious. Parking: More parking available than most locations but bulk of it behind the building.
Order always wrong. (wrong = someone else’s completely different order given to me) Multiple times. I can’t even place a mobile order and pick it up when there’s only 1 car in the drive thru, not busy, and it’s still someone else’s bag. Like c’mon. What lengths do I have to go to as the customer to get my food? Y’all took my money, no problem there for that on your end. I can’t find a single McDonalds in brevard county that can get order accuracy over 30% success rate. Jfc
