Nice place, friendly enough staff, and normally great food, but the last time we visited it was between the big meal rushes and the pizzas in the case looked like they had been sitting around for a while. As such, we decided to order a whole large pizza thinking we would get a freshly made one but nope, they just slapped it together from what was left in the case like a pizza Frankenstein, using slices that were similar to our order to fill in the gaps by spreading the toppings around. When we realized that this Franken-pie was meant for us, we told them to cancel the order and just left. Maybe this is normal practice at by-the-slice places? Do the window pies always get used first? Like adding or picking off toppings and combining slices to make whole pizzas? If so, then we were the ones in the wrong and simply had incorrect expectations, but we figured that when you order a whole pie, you would/should get a freshly made one. Maybe we're too picky about stuff like that so please take
