Domino's Pizza

I've ordered here for over a year now and only had an issue once which was fixed quickly and the workers were very nice about it, however tonight was completely different. I ordered and picked it up at the window. When I got home it was the wrong pizza, I drove back and told the person at the window, they took it and started talking to someone else about it. The guy laughed and started talking smack in Portuguese.... little did they know I also speak Portuguese. Really unprofessional to be laughing and doing all that when people can see and hear you. They basically said it doesn't matter, it's not that serious and how they have a free pizza to take home tonight(the one I brought back). The person at the window couldn't even say oh sorry my fault, or anything at all. UPDATE: the "correct" pizza wasn't correct as I had ordered light sauce and received regular

If I could rate this zero stars I would. The manager I talked to was extremely rude. Delivery took over an hour and my food was extremely cold. I had to call the store 3 times in order to get my delivery. After countless times of being in contact with the delivery driver, Jesse could not deliver. In fact, he called me to tell me he went on ANOTHER delivery while trying to deliver mine and completely disregarded my order. Manager had little to no respect after I asked for a partial refund since my food was cold and delivery took well over an hour.

Greeted by very rude employee when she charged us and gave us our card back she closed the door in our faces as we proceeded to wait for our drink that we paid for she kept signaling through the window. When we told her we were waiting for her to give us our drink. She rudely asked for a receipt and then came out with a drink as she gave us the drink I told her there was no need for the attitude and then as we left, she said some thing disrespectful, so I got out of the car. My husband started recording just in case, and she threw my husbands phone out of his hand and scratched it all up. Extremely disappointed how I was treated at this dominoes will be pressing charges!
